At DewDropHues, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order so it reaches you safely and on time.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is enabled at checkout, delivery times and rates will be calculated automatically based on destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, DewDropHues is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you experience an unusual delay, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
DewDropHues is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

DewDropHues is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we will assist where possible.
