Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Fees (US Orders)
For returns not related to damages, defects, or incorrect items, a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the product category:

Bedding (Bedsheet Sets, Jaipuri Razai, Quilts): $15

Living (Throw Blankets, Throw Pillows, Accent Pillows): $12

Bath & Kitchen Textiles (Towels, Table Linens, Kitchen Towels, Aprons): $10

Small Home Accents / Edits (Blue Pottery, Trinkets, Accessories): $8–$10
✔ Return shipping fees are waived if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at dewdrophues@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a new item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
