The Vernal Edition

A Study of Surface & Stem

Bramble — The Vernal Edition

Bramble — The Vernal Edition

Description: The Bramble is a study of wild growth and vibrant contrast. Hand-block printed with bright fuchsia petals nestled in a bed of dull olive foliage, it captures the untamed beauty of a spring thicket.

The Materiality: Crafted from heavyweight slub-weave cotton, the fabric offers a rich, tactile grain and a structural presence that standard linens cannot match.

The Craft: Each piece is printed in small batches using traditional heritage techniques. Because no two are identical, your selection is a unique work of art for your living space.

On the Console

A vibrant focal point. Draped with intentional overhang, the pop of fuchsia brings a modern energy to an entryway, perfectly balancing the earthy olive tones against natural wood or stone.

On the Island

A tactile addition to the morning coffee ritual. The heavy slub texture provides a structural anchor, while the botanical print adds a layer of curated warmth to clean, modern kitchen surfaces.

On the Sideboard

Elevating your evening vignettes. The organic botanical print and unique color palette add a sophisticated depth to dark wood or vintage surfaces, framing your most intentional decor.

Care Instructions
  • Gentle Hand Wash: To maintain the vibrant clarity of the hand-blocked motifs, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water.
  • Mild Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent to protect the color-fastness of the dyes and the softness of the cotton.
  • Avoid Bleach: Never use bleach or harsh oxidizing agents, as these can break down the fibers and dull the print.
  • Dry Flat: Lay your runner flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoiding direct sunlight helps prevent the colors from fading over time.
  • Steam or Iron: If desired, iron on the reverse side while the fabric is slightly damp to restore the crisp, structural grain of the slub weave.
The Designer's Note

This piece bridges the gap between traditional craft and modern minimalism. It is meant to be lived with, touched, and admired.
